The different modes really help make the device come all togther. I can get very heat sensitive so this is perfect for wehn I just need a massage and no added heat that could cause me issues.

I've dealt with debilitating menstrual cramps for years, and I've tried everything: pain killers, heating pads, you name it. Very convenient design, Velcro strap is comfy and comes with extender if needed. Design is beautiful, smooth to the touch, simple screen front ☺️
The massaging function is nice but if I’m honest it is quite noticeable if you’re wanting to use this at work or while travelling as it’s an inflating and deflating ballon effect.
